Derek currently serves as General Counsel for Ohioans for Concealed Carry, the non-profit that brought Ohio its first concealed carry law, and which has lobbied and litigated for expanded firearms rights in the years since. Derek is a National Rifle Association Life Endowment Member, an NRA-certified firearms instructor, and a GLOCK Armorer.
